A conference that was due to be in Los Angeles, but took place on Zoom, natch. This was part of a series of meetings, funded by the US National Science Foundation, on Mathematical Challenges and Opportunities for Autonomous Vehicles. My talk was on the ways in which so-called ‘autonomous’ vehicles are inextricably attached to various social and technical infrastructures.
